When Do You Deliver?

Deliveries are made from around 8.00am to 1.00pm. Collections are made from 6.00pm. In the busy summer months we deliver on a geographical round basis,we do try to be as flexible as possible. If you require specific times please inform us at time of booking. We accommodate exact delivery and collection times for indoor hall hires or events.

What Do I Need To Do Prior To Your Arrival?

Our inflatables are delivered on a sack barrow and we need adequate clear access for this (approximately 3ft depending on the inflatable). Please ensure the paths or access to the garden are free of obstacles. We will also need access to main power.

On What Surface Can The Inflatable Be Set Up On?

We prefer grass! Although we know not everyone has a lovely big garden, so we can put our inflatables on other surfaces as long as we can bolt the inflatable to the ground.

Do You Hire Bouncy Castles Overnight?

Overnight hire is available on selected bouncy castles. Two forms of identification are required for overnight hire and it must be set up on a secure site.

What Happens If It Rains?

If it is raining or high winds on the day of your party we will contact you as we may have to cancel due to weather conditions.

Do You Fully Install The Inflatable?

Our trained staff check site and install inflatable.

Will The Inflatable Go In A Hall?

Most of our stock fits halls. Please contact us for full details.

Do You Offer Inflatables For Hire For School Fetes Or Events?

Yes we can supply an inflatable for any event as we are insured up to £5 million cover.

If I Need To Clean A Bouncy Castle What Can I Use?

If for whatever reason you should need to clean the castle please only use a damp cloth with luke warm water and dry well.

Do You Have Public Liability Insurance?

We are covered up to £5 million. We can also provide a full risk assessment when needed.

How Long Does It Take To Set Up?

It usually only takes about 30 minutes to install an inflatable, but times can change depending on the access to site.

Can I Collect The Inflatable From You?

No, a trained member of our team has to install it and make sure the site is suitable.

Do I Need To Show Identification?

We will only ask to see identification if the castle is to stay over night. T&C apply

What Happens If I Need To Cancel My Booking?

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking we would ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If you dont and the driver arrives we will charge for fuel and time accordingly.
